Dear customer, we are very happy about your purchase from Al Quddus Aroma, and because your satisfaction matters to us, we hereby provide an easy and simple return service through the following procedures:
- The period for submitting a perfume return request is within 24 hours from the date of receiving the product.
- The perfume must be in its closed box and in the same condition upon receipt.
- Al Quddus Aroma customer care service should be notified first to complete the necessary procedures for making a return request.
- The customer will bear the value of return shipping costs and 2 KWD will be deducted from the total value of the order.
- The customer has the right to refund invoice value if the order was delayed for more than 14 working days from the date of the request submitted.
- The customer is exempted from the return costs in the event of receiving a wrong or damaged product.
- For our online store orders, if the order is returned, the amount will be transferred to the customer’s account within 2 days from the date of receiving the product from the shipping company.
